In yr love, is where I want to be, in summertime when it's 90 degrees, IN YR LOVE
In yr face, the things I want to see, like hope and peace, serenity, all that I wanna be
In yr lungs, the same air that I breathe, sickness and poison and winter's on the breeze, time has just begun
In your heart, you know what you're doing, you call out your shots from what your heart wants if you feel enough
In your mouth, your idea spout, you make a new plan to be wherever I am, we can work it out!

I knew Bob before he was 'Slim'. Then lost touch. Always followed him musically from Buzz Barker and the Atomic Bums to his solo work. I was never much into listening to live music at First Ave or bars so I didn't really get to watch him play and sing. I did see him open for Roseanne Cash once. Take care Bob! clayb
Winter McQuinn mixes soft rock and psychedelic folk for a sound reminiscent of classic pop purveyors like Cut Worms and the Lemon Twigs. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 16, 2024
West Virginia trio showcase strident country rock anchored in bold, anthemic songcraft and deliciously twangy tones. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 18, 2024
Halloween, Alaska will always hold a special place in my ears and in my heart, as they morph the band and their sound through every performance, it's great to listen back to this superb cut from 2014. This whole record shows the broad, broad width of music that is showcased nightly at Icehouse. Highly recommended (while you wait to go to a show inside or in their courtyard, which I even MORE HIGHLY RECOMMEND.) If you need help with the sipping menu too, I am well-versed.
